Take Back Chicago

Thousands of working Chicagoans representing dozens of community and labor groups are coming together to Take Back Chicago. Momentum is building for the mass mobilization scheduled on October 10, the week of action to follow, and beyond. People from all of the city’s neighborhoods, of all ages, races and backgrounds are joining forces to take back our jobs, our homes and our schools.

We’re standing up to the big banks and corporations that wrecked our economy and plunged so many working people into unemployment and poverty, while raking in record profits. And we’re working together in order to reclaim our lost jobs, stop the unfair foreclosures, and make sure our schools get the resources they need to prepare our children for a brighter future.
